Elite Talent was born out of one simple truth: The recruiting industry has been failing PreSales and PostSales teams for years.

Before starting the business, I talked to dozens of founders, CROs, and GTM leaders who all said the same thing:

“We can’t find a recruiter who actually understands these roles without going through a ton of trial and error”

They kept getting one of two extremes: candidates who were too technical to talk to a human or candidates who were too salesy to explain a product without crashing it.

And because the industry didn’t understand these hybrid roles, leaders felt forced to hire in-house, cross their fingers, and hope the person had the right DNA.

Honestly? They were right to be frustrated.

So I decided to become the recruiter I wished existed for them.

Hi, I’m Arviunder of Elite Talent, Albanian-immigrant-turned-entrepreneur, mom of a very opinionated toddler, and someone who cares way too much about finding the right people for your revenue team.
